Ingredients
1 CUP ALMOND MILK (preferable homemade)
1/2 CUP ORGANIC GREEK GRASS-FED YOGURT
1 (80g) SMALL CARROT
1 (20g) PIECE OF FENNEL
¼ TSP ORGANIC SPIRULINA POWDER
1/4 TS ROOIBOST TEA MATCHA
¼ TSP ORGANIC RAW VANILLA POWDER
1 TBSP MANUKA OR LOCAL HONEY
PINCH ‘HIMALAYAN’ SALT
Method :
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend for 1 min.
Pour into a glass and voila.
